• You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging unless defective.

• To initiate a return, please initiate a return on Amazon or contact us at service@berightgolf.biz with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for sending the product back.
   

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved non-Amazon refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
   

3. Exchanges

• If you received a defective or damaged product, we will replace it at no cost to you.

• For other exchanges (e.g., you prefer a different product), you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
